The list above is a
list of Canadian Scholarships that are available in all
Canadian provinces and territories: Alberta,
British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador,
Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward
Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Yukon Territory. The list
includes mostly university scholarships, but also some high
school scholarships.
Note that the list
includes scholarships for undergraduate and graduate (MA/PhD) students,
and also some Canadian scholarships for international students,
too. Though the list was prepared in 2007, it is expected (but
not guaranteed) to hold for 2008, too. Note also that, in addition to
these generic scholarships/fellowships, individual Canadian
universities/colleges provide funding in the form of merit- and
need-based scholarships or fellowships to their students: A list of
Canadian universities and colleges is provided on the right hand column.
