I'm interested in going to an Ivy League grad school for business or law, or possibly both, where it's the name of the undergraduate institution and it's reputation that matters most instead of rankings for specific areas of study. I don't care too much about my undergrad degree, it's the grad school I'm going for.
Out of Canada's top universities I've been looking at quite a few, the U of T, UBC, Queen's, etc., but I'm not totally sure I can get into those. I've also heard they curveball the grades at U of T so only 2% of students can get an A.
I was also looking at RMC, as it really presents the solution to all my concerns if I can get in, but I'm concerned about it's rankings and whether or not it's considered one of the nation's top universities- A google search just told me RMC ranked *thousands* of places lower than the U of C.
Does RMC look as good on a transcript as any of the top Canadian names? I've also heard that after I graduate from RMC, as a Canadian officer I'll have a political advantage for getting into Harvard Law. |

| only GPA matters if you want to do anything after undergrad. Go to an easier 2nd or 3rd tier university like York,Guelph,Ottawa,Carleton. RMC is more for military training. |
